Most people experience fear at some time during their lives. The problem is that fears can cause a large amount of tension, stress and block people from taking those actions necessary to achieve their goals. Some people decide that it is easier to avoid the objects or situations that they fear and accept the limitations that are imposed upon them by their fears. Unfortunately, they miss out on living their lives to the fullest.
