You may even find yourself wasting precious time worrying about the test – time that would be better spent studying and honing your skills.
If so, it is time to replace your dread with confidence!
It is possible to increase your ability to retain and recall information so that it is easier for you to think of the right answer during your test.
Yes, your subconscious mind has even stored the old lectures from high school.
They are there.
Well....you can do that by entering that state of focused relaxation we refer to as hypnosis. Hypnosis feels much like you feel when you are comfortable and relaxed, except that you are hyper aware and alert.
A good example of this phenomenon is highway hypnosis. Think back to a time when you have driven along a long stretch of highway in the middle of nowhere. You find ways to pass the time, perhaps getting lost in a conversation or singing along to the radio. You are most likely relaxed as you are on your journey -yet you are alert. You are so alert that if traffic conditions changed or someone cuts into your lane, you will automatically hit the brakes without thinking about it.
Although people often feel relaxed when in a hypnotic trance, they are quite alert and able to respond to new information and stimuli. For that reason, hypnosis is an excellent state to be in when learning new information.
Hypnosis also helps you to relax and thus recall information easier. What happens when we try to focus during when we are feeling are stressed? We often blank out, making it harder to remember things that we know that we know. If you have ever had this experience, you know how frustrating this can be.
This is why hypnosis is useful. It can help us stay calm and relaxed, making it easier for us to stay focused. This recording will help you teach yourself to enter into a state of relaxed focus simply by taking three deep breathes.
Learning how to enter a hypnotic state is a lot like studying, the best way to learn is with repetition and practice. For best results, listen to it once per day for about three weeks. Listen to it during the day as it will leave you feeling alert and refreshed. Do your best to listen to it as much as you can. The more you listen to the recording and follow the instructions, the easier it will be for you to enter this state of heightened learning and easy recall.
By the way, I do not recommend this video for K-12 students. This works best for adults who choose to take tests and have an innate desire to achieve success. Thank you.
